Order Processing Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take 1-2 business days to process your order in our warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and the shipment will be delayed by a few days, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex with tracking numbers.  We will choose the most affordable shipping method for you.  Due to the impact of COVID-19, the carriers do not guarantee delivery time.  There are certain countries that the USPS currently do not deliver to.  For time-sensitive purchase, please plan ahead and expect longer delivery time.
