Q: How do you ship the merchandise I ordered?

A: We ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex with tracking numbers.  We will choose the most affordable shipping method for you.

 

Q: I have issue downloading the digital assembly instructions, what should I do?

A: Please send us an email to thecoolbeansboutique@gmail.com and we will email you the instructions.

 

Q: I have started working on the DIY Dollhouse Kit and found a part missing, what should I do?

A: Please send us an email to thecoolbeansboutique@gmail.com and indicate the missing part's number.  We will mail to you as soon as possible.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We take returns in its original condition.  Buyer pays shipping for return.  To be eligible for return, please follow the policy below:

(1) Please submit a Return Request with the reason of return via email to thecoolbeansboutique@gmail.com within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the merchandise.  We will respond within 1 business day.  A Return Authorization Code will be issued to you if the merchandise is eligible for return.  

(2) Please print the email with the Return Authorization Code and include it in the package, and mail to the return address provided in the email within 7 business days.  Please use a trackable shipping method. If the package got lost in transit without a tracking number, we are not responsible for the lost.  Please consider purchasing shipping insurance for the return, we are not responsible for the damage for the return package.  

(3) You could choose your preferred carrier OR we could provide you a prepaid return shipping label.  The return shipping is at the buyers' expense.  If the item is returned in its original condition, we issue the refund of the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping, if we provided the prepaid return shipping label.  If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts, no refund will be issued.

In some cases, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.   If the reason for return is personal preferences such as, difficulty to make the DIY item, decided not needing it anymore, purchased the wrong item, minor color differences, etc, a restocking fee will be assessed.  We will provide you with the amount of the restocking fee when you contact us about the return.

Shipping cost with your original order is non-refundable.

 

 

Q: Do you charge any restocking fee for the return?

A: In some cases, we charge a restocking fee depending on the situation.  We will communicate to you about the cost.

 

Q: How soon would I get my refund of the returned item?

A: We issue the refund within 1 business day once we receive the return item.  If the item is returned in its original condition, we issue the refund of the purchase price minus the return shipping cost if we paid upfront.  If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts, no refund will be issued.
