Refund policy
Returns
We take returns in its original condition and in its original package. Buyer pays shipping for return. To be eligible for return, please follow the policy below:
(1) Please submit a Return Request with the reason of return via email to thecoolbeansboutique@gmail.com within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the merchandise. We will respond within 1 business day. A Return Authorization Code will be issued to you if the merchandise is eligible for return.
(2) Please print the email with the Return Authorization Code and include it in the package, and mail to the return address provided in the email within 7 business days. Please use a trackable shipping method. If the package got lost in transit without a tracking number, we are not responsible for the lost. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance for the return, we are not responsible for the damage of the return package.
(3) You could choose your preferred carrier OR we could provide you a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping is at the buyers' expense. If the item is returned in its original condition, we issue the refund of the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping, if we provided the prepaid return shipping label. If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts, no refund will be issued.
(4) Clearance Items or Items marked nonreturnable at the time of purchase is not eligible for return.
The shipping cost with your original order is non-refundable.
In some cases, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If the reason for return is personal preferences such as, purchased the wrong item, difficulty to make the DIY item, decided not needing it anymore, minor color differences, etc, a restocking fee will be assessed. We will provide you with the amount of the restocking fee when you contact us about the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return package is received, we will notify you via email about the amount of the refund. We will issue the refund within 5 business days to the original method of payment.
Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thecoolbeansboutique@gmail.com.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs that you paid with your original order are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return the item. We are not responsible for lost or damage of the packages during transit.
